dc.description.abstractNous rapportons le cas d'une patiente de 53 ans qui présente un pancréas aberrant du jéjunum révélée par une hémorragie digestive grave. Le traitement a consisté une résection intestinale segmentaire. Les suites opératoires étaient simples. Les aspects épidémiologiques, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques sont discutés.
