Abstract
The technological advances in the wireless sensors networks are exponentially improving over the last century especially the optimization energy is receiving considerable attention from researchers, and the use of routing provides better performance in terms of network lifetime. This thesis proposes contributions in different fields aimed at minimizing the energy of wireless sensors networks. Firstly, based on the concept of the gateway node, an energy optimization approach is proposed by the implementation of a routing protocol. The second part of the thesis deals with the application of the general approach of energy optimization in medical field. We designed this approach to be applied and correspond to the requirements of the medical context, who requires special attention because the patient’s condition is important and any processing error from the sensors can be harmful. Concerning the third part, due to the special attention of the intelligent transportation systems especially intelligent vehicles. We have proposed a hybrid V2x communication approach who switches between Wifi and 4G technologies, to provide an effective way to maintain all types of vehicular communication on the road. The obtained results prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach that has a positive impact, predominatingly on the energy of the autonomous vehicle « the iCab ».
