dc.description.abstract Atlas (A Toroidal LHC ApparatuS) is one of the experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN scheduled to start by the end of the year 2009. The main goal of the experiment is the discovery of the Higgs boson, the missing piece in the Standard Model (SM) of particle physics and to explore physics beyng the SM. The calorimetres are the vital sub-detectors of ATLAS and are playin a key role in the discovery potentiel aimed by the experiment. This thesis presents our contribution in preparing the susceful start of the experiment. It focuses on data analysis of the read-out electronics of the electromagnetic endcap calorimeter (EMEC) and ont the high voltage control system of the hadronic tile calorimeter (Tilecal). First, the results obtained from the analysis of the calibration data related to the production modules of the EMEC are presented. Hence, we have noted the progress made since prototyping. On the other hand the characterization and the measurement of the crosstalk in each channel has enabled us o locate the problemactic channels schowing abnormalities in their responses and also to calculate the correction factors to be applied to energy measurments. Secondly, the integration of the Distributed Information Managment (DIM) in the high voltage control system, that continously monitors all operational parameters of the Tilecal photomultipliers, is explaine. This work carried out during a research stay at CERN within the Tilecal team. en
